Event Add-ons
Events are enormously appreciated by our students and a great way for your organization to spread information and build goodwill at the same time as meeting potential future colleagues. Concept ideas are most welcome, but we believe Lunch Lectures and Company Visits are the two easiest organized and most giving for you and our students, which is why they will have our focus this year!
Lunch Lecture
Held week 45 — The best way to market your participation at the Fair!

Would you like to present your company and show all the amazing opportunities you have to offer our students? Then there is no better way of doing this than giving them lunch while you get 45 minutes to present your organization. ARKAD arranges lunches for the first 100/120/150 students who sign up, but of course many more may attend the lectures. Do not miss the chance to present all the great possibilities within your company by arranging a lunch lecture!

Would you like to showcase your company's culture, values, and career opportunities to a group of enthusiastic students? Then you should take advantage of our Company Visits and open your doors to future colleagues! We will handle the marketing, registration and transport, giving you the freedom to focus on the reception!
We have had so many requests from our students and companies to organize more Company Visits, so outside Lunch Lecture this is what we will be the event type that has our focus this year!
We can have a discussion on amount of students you want to admit, but we believe a range between 30-50 is optimal!

Student Sessions
When: November 11-12th
Student Sessions are the best option for companies that want one-on-one discussions with students. Prior to the fair, students register their interests in your company and apply with a CV and cover letter. Companies then hand-pick what students they are interested in meeting among the applicants. ARKAD will then schedule all appointments and contact all students selected.
Student Sessions offer more individual meeting places between students and company representatives to talk freely and in depth. Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes and will run throughout the fair days. Prices referred to are for one (1) meeting room for each option.

Banquet
When: November 11th
The ARKAD Banquet sends us to AF-Borgen for an opportunity at more relaxed interactions between students engaged at ARKAD and company representatives. Here you will have the opportunity to mingle with around 370 students. Over a three-course dinner and with studenticose entertainment, we hope that valuable contacts can be made. As the evening comes to an end, the doors to Tegnérs Matsalar will open for the after-party. The night’s dress code will be formal (sv. mörk kostym).
A number of banquet tickets are included in the silver and gold packages; extra tickets are available for 1100 SEK (prel.) per extra ticket (including drinks).
